After 2 more reminders I got this

No large organisation would use a mobile number as its main contact number. This can be verified here http://www.numberingplans.com/?page=analysis&sub=phonenr

+ The photo on this page http://www.wafund.org/profile.html is not the WAFUND but is in fact the United Nations Security Council. This can be verified here http://www.un.org/av/photo/cats/security_council.html

+ The photo on this page http://www.wafund.org/tenders.html has been stolen from this website http://www.glpinc.org/Web%20pages/News%20Highlights.htm

+ Most of the text on this website has been copied from the Southern African Development Community website. For example http://www.wafund.org/origin1.html has been copied exactly from http://www.africa-union.org/root/au/recs/sadc.htm

+ Other references to this domains involvement in a scam

It might help if somebody else can send a report as well.
